Book a Bay
Groups Welcome

Better with a crowd.

Five bays, a place to sit at every one of them, and more than 500 courses on the screen. Bring the office, the birthday, or three friends who have never held a club. Everybody plays the same hole.

The polished concrete aisle running down the centre of the studio, with long counter rails and rows of suede stools on both sides, framed golf course prints on the end walls, and a lit doorway at the far end. The Clubhouse Golf Studio, Redmond WA

What people fill the room for

Some groups arrive with a plan and a bracket. Most just want somewhere warm to stand around and hit golf balls. Both work here.

Lit indoor hitting bay with a golf course projected across a wall-width screen, striped green turf underfoot, and a dark wood high top counter with three suede stools facing it. A second bay and its console stand behind, under teal accent stripes. All five bays
The big one

The whole studio, closed to the public

For a company night, a fundraiser, or a birthday that outgrew one bay, we shut the doors to the public and hand you all five. You give us the date and the headcount. We build the night around it.

Birthdays

Cake on the high top and somebody's first ever drive on the screen right behind it. Bays go by the half hour with a one hour minimum, so the night runs as long as the group does.

Corporate nights

A team night where nobody has to be good at golf. Closest to the pin levels the room in about ten minutes, and the numbers on the screen keep the trash talk honest.

Bachelor and bachelorette parties

Indoors, dry, and no 6am tee time. Take two bays side by side and let the group split however it wants to.

First timers, families and juniors

Plenty of people who walk in have never played a round in their life. The simulator is patient with a new swing, and a mixed group of ages can all play the same course without anybody getting left standing at the back.

Date night

Two people, one bay, and a course neither of you will ever get a real tee time at. Quieter through the afternoon, louder once the work crowd arrives.

League nights

The same faces every week and a standings table that starts to matter by November.

The room

Built for more than one person at a time

A lot of simulator rooms are a bay, a mat, and a bit of wall to lean against. This one has seating at every bay, counter space to put things down, and enough room behind the hitter that the rest of the group is part of the shot instead of standing in a corridor.

Five bays Book one, take two side by side, or reserve all five for the night.
Seating at the bay High tops and stools facing the screen, so the group watches together instead of queuing.
500+ courses Pebble Beach on a Tuesday, St Andrews on Friday. Nobody has to play the same hole twice.
Half hour blocks Bays are booked by the half hour with a one hour minimum, so a long night is easy to build.
Open 8am to 10pm Seven days a week on Redmond Way, whatever the weather is doing outside.
Data that follows you Your Trackman numbers travel with you to any other Trackman facility.
Three suede bar stools tucked under a dark wood high top counter, set between two hitting bays whose screens show different courses. A teal painted divider angles up on each side and a warm strip light runs across the black ceiling. Bay 02

How it works

Three steps, none of them a 6am tee time

  1. 01

    Tell us about the group

Send the date, the headcount, and roughly what the night is for. A four person birthday and a twenty person team night get planned very differently.

  2. 02

    We hold the bays

We work out how many bays you need and how long you want them, then set the time aside. Bays go by the half hour, so the plan can flex right up to the day.

  3. 03

    Show up and play

You get the room, the courses and the screens. Anyone who has never swung a club gets a club put in their hands and a hole that forgives them.

Tell us about your group

Send the date, the headcount and what you are celebrating. We will come back with a plan for the night and the rates for the bays you need.

Or call the studio on (425) 696-2130.
